Latest Preview on Ubi’s Assassin’s Creed Syndicate

For, very close to a decade, Ubisoft: Montreal has been producing the series Assassin’s Creed. Due to be launched October 23, 2015 is Ubisoft:Quebec’s, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. The game leak from last December stated that the title would be Assassin’s Creed: Victory. Which, as the June 2015 announcement would have it, was incorrect.

Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is set in 1868, Industrialized London during the Industrial Revolution. The series comes complete with brand new heros, Jacob Frye and his Parkour gifted twin sister, Evie. The twins are leading an Elite underworld gang of assassin’s to take back the streets of London and free the working class from their oppressed circumstances. Jacob Frye is the assassin that goes bump in the night.

The Ninth main game from Ubisoft [this time from Ubisoft: Quebec, versus the usual release of the series from Ubisoft: Montreal] in the Assassin’s Creed series, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, is said to have cinematic companion in the works, due to launch on the big screen in 2016. According to Brian Crecente, a writer for Polygon, a web based publication that features game leaks and other such information on its website, the game is an uncanny “recreation of Industrial London” during that time period. It is also said to feature iconic historical characters such as: Charles Darwin and Charles Dickens.

With new age weapons, such as a grappling hook being introduced into the game, it will take battle amongst the Underworld of London to a whole new level. Period true weapons are available, as well. Weapons like Jacob Frye’s cane sword or the customary whip. Evie relies more on her stealth and ability to scour any wall at a moments notice to gain her advantage in the game.

The graphics in the game are unbelievable. The storyline is viable and realistic. The game is said to be released for only the Playstation 4 and XBox One game consoles, but also has a PC version, as well. Pre-orders are being accepted, of course. Polygon also says that there is a pre-order bonus included. It is a replica of Jacob Frye’s shilling necklace.
